British-American Insurance Company (In Judicial Management) (“BAICO”)

Judith G. Veira, company Director of Trinity Consulting Ltd, has been appointed by the Supreme Court of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas (“the Court”) as the Judicial Trustee (“the JT”) of the assets of BAICO’s Employee Pension Plan (“the Plan”). The effective date of the appointment is September 23rd, 2020. 
 
As required by the Court, the JT will provide information to former members of the Plan concerning the distribution of the Plan’s assets. Notices will be posted as and when there are developments and further information to be provided. It is recommended that as a former member of the BAICO Pension Plan, you subscribe to receive an e-mail notification of any updated information.

The information on this site is for the sole purpose of updating the eligible former members and eligible beneficiaries of the British-American Insurance Company Limited Employee Pension Plan (“Plan”) on the progress made to date in relation to the distribution of the Plan’s assets, as required by the Judicial Trustee. In the event that the information on this site is used by any other person, any such party relying on the information does so entirely at their own risk, and shall  have no right of recourse against the Judicial Trustee (“JT”), Trinity Consulting Ltd., its affiliated entities and their partners, directors, employees, professional advisers or agents.

As the Judicial Trustee for the assets of the British-American Insurance Company (“BAICO”) Employee Pension Plan, TCL will provide information to former members of the  Employee Pension Plan (“the Pension Plan”)concerning the distribution of the Plan’s assets, as required by the Court appointed Judicial Trustee.

Notices will be posted as and when there are developments and further information to be provided. It is recommended that as a former member of the BAICO Pension Plan, you subscribe to receive an e-mail notification of any updated information.
