Judith (Judy) Veira, the company’s Director, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, member of the Caribbean Actuarial Association and a Chartered Director (designation obtained from the Caribbean Governance Training Institute). Following her initial years of actuarial experience gained in North America, she then established TCL in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, earning twenty-plus years of experience of providing pension and benefits related consulting to private and government employers in the OECS and other Caribbean countries.

Judith Veira is a member of the CAA social security sub-committee and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the CAA (2018 and 2019). She is a Director on a Bank Board, including the audit and risk & compliance committees.
